Charles is an accomplished business executive with more than 25 years of increasingly responsible sales and marketing leadership experience. He has spent his career in the technology industry and strives to cultivate a collaborative work environment that draws the best from employees, peers, and customers.

In his more than 30 years of IT experience, Roger has looked through several lenses as a customer, partner, and vendor, allowing him to provide an all-angles approach to serving our customers. With each lens, Roger has also had many roles that ranged from deeply technical to his current responsibilities in Sales. Based in Seattle, WA, Roger strives to take a solution-based selling approach to solve problems vendor agnostic.

Project Manager

Sandy oversees Foulk Consulting’s project delivery and resource management with a focus on customer satisfaction. She resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the IT Sector, 16 of them with enterprise software partner consulting organizations.

Sr. Director, Testing, Automation & Performance Practice

Caleb Billingsley, with over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), possesses exceptional expertise in guiding organizations towards achieving Quality Excellence. His focus spans automation, security, and performance, and he aids leaders in envisioning and implementing modern QA processes such as AI QA optimization, automation, app security, site reliability engineering, and performance optimization.

Head of SAP Practice

William is a Senior ALM Consultant with 15+ years’ experience helping customers design, configure, automate, and integrate the entire SAP and non-SAP Application Lifecycle Management solutions, by integrating SAP best practices and methodologies thus able to increase the reliability of a customer’s SAP and non-SAP solution landscape, while at the same time maximize their SAP investment, improve quality and lower total cost of ownership.

Operations Manager

Fabiola is responsible for HR and Internal Operations at Foulk. She has more than 20 years of experience, 10 of those in Engineering and IT companies, leading HR departments and building back-office and internal operations for 5 start-ups in multiple countries such as Brazil, Argentina, and the United States. Fabs (as most people call her) is based out of Foulk's HQ in Livonia, MI.

Head of ITOM Practice

Nate has 17+ years of experience in IT Operations Management and Service Management disciplines. Nate's passion is delivering high-quality customer outcomes and enjoys discussing opportunities for organizational maturity improvement.  Nate is based out of the Indianapolis, IN area.
