IT Project Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Foulk Consulting. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering successful IT projects for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Conduct project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
